“Our experience with Kerry, aka KerBear, was great! She really helped us as new parents and we are grateful for her support. My wife was thrilled to have her around the house, too. She has positive, supportive, loving and confident vibes. My wife experienced some postpartum depression in the weeks before Kerry joined us. Our baby was only 3 weeks old when she began caring for him (and us lol) and she was with us til he was close to 9 mos old. Our baby is well adjusted and much more secure since she established a routine with him and consistently met his needs. We learned a lot by watching the way that Kerry interacted and communicated with our baby. She picked up on our baby’s communications quickly and we were able to understand what he was communicating after her time with us. We highly recommend her as a nanny and doula, she changed our lives.”

“Kerry worked for our family for approximately 6 months. Our daughter was almost 3 months old when she started. The bond Kerry created with our baby was almost immediate and we really loved to see her connect with our baby. Kerry is very in tune with babies and was also great with our 4 year old daughter as well. We miss her loving presence in our home and haven’t found another nanny like her since! “Kerry was an absolute delight to work with. We had a 4 week old when she came into our lives and as 1st time parents, Kerry was a tremendous blessing. We learned so much from her and she helped our baby develop healthy sleep patterns/habits. He’s been a great sleeper ever since and actually enjoys being in his crib now. “Kerry worked for our family for more than 4 years, over 20 years ago. We have 3 children now but had 2 at the time. She also worked for a few families that we are still friends with! Even at the young age of 19, when she began working for us, it was obvious that she is a natural caregiver who genuinely loves children. I had no doubt she would make an excellent mother one day. “Kerry is passionately devoted to the work she does and it shows! She did overnight care for us 4 nights a week, starting when our daughter was only 5 days old, and until she was just over 8 months. Kerry diligently and tirelessly cared for our child like her own, and guided us along the way as needed. She also helped us with daytime care and naps/bedtime, so we could get on track there.

We had some feeding issues that she was able to resolve right away and our lactation consultant was let go after we hired Kerry. We were also able to cancel physical therapy for our daughter after Kerry’s assistance during the daytime (for a few weeks) as she corrected the issues we were having there as well. She has worked alongside PT’s and has clearly retained a lot from those experiences.

We appreciated her flexibility with us, her professionalism and respectful ways. She’s also humorous and down to Earth. She only missed one night, was reliable, punctual and always arrived with a smile. Kerry has a calm but confident demeanor- the consistency she displayed with our little one was impressive and super helpful for her stability/security. Our daughter is an excellent sleeper and we attribute much of that to Kerry’s work with us. She set the stage for success with sleep from the beginning and handled all sleep challenges quickly and effectively.

We will definitely be referring her to a few of our friends who need guidance and support. Kerry is a source of knowledge, encouragement, comfort and empowerment. We feel way more confident and relaxed as parents after working with her. Our little one seemed to be more relaxed and confident as well, after only a short time under Kerry’s care.

We love that she offers ongoing support- even after she’s moved on to the next family. Whenever we have any questions and we reach out to her, she responds promptly. Knowing that she is a parent too and can relate to our feelings and struggles as parents is comforting. We highly recommend her, she will not disappoint!”
